Throughout various Saudi cities, an entertainment extravaganza is set to occur throughout summer up until September. Dubbed the “Kingdom Tour 2023”, the major event will revolve around Saudi and Arab stars in addition to Saudi youth taking part in plays and performances. Up until now, 17 cities throughout the Kingdom are participating consisting of the recently added cities of Najran and Baha.
Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of the authority said that the “Kingdom Tour 2023, which is the biggest home entertainment tour around the Kingdom, is being carried out in tactical partnership with the Quality of Life Program. Local companies in all regions are responsible for organizing and handling the tour.”
Beyond that, the whole tour is going to be organized by Saudi residents and youth including pre-production and real efficiencies. Regional involvement is viewed as an opportunity for Saudis and youth to participate in, experience and enhance their contribution towards the home entertainment sector which has been rapidly growing since 2016.
So far, the tour kicked off on a high with a major performance held at King Abdulaziz Cultural Center in Baha including Yemeni vocalist, Aseel Abu Bakr Salem and the young Kuwaiti vocalist, Rami Abdullah. Asala and Majid Almohandis likewise had a major performance in Abha, at King Khalid University Theater.
With numerous cities included, we are expecting a big lineup of exciting home entertainment programs and efficiencies.
